Average delay
252 days
projects handed over late

What does delivery rate (reliability) mean?

Delivery reliability compares each project's actual completion date with its planned date. On-time projects finished on or before the plan; late projects finished after it; overdue projects are still active past it.

Formula: Delivery reliability = on-time ÷ (on-time + late + overdue) × 100

What should you watch out for?

  • Overdue projects count against the rate even though they may still complete; the on-time share of delivered projects alone leaves them out.

How these figures are calculated

Method
Every project in the developer register, across all years on record, whose planned completion date has passed.
Also
Projects not yet due are left out until their planned date passes.
Also
Delay = actual completion date − planned completion date.
