What is the sale-to-list price ratio?

Sale-to-list ratio: The registered sale price as a percentage of the last asking (list) price of the same unit.

Updated: 17 Oct 2026

What does sale-to-list ratio mean?

The sale-to-list ratio compares what a property actually sold for with the price it was advertised at. Above 100% means buyers paid more than asking; below 100% means they negotiated a discount.

Formula: Sale-to-list = registered sale price ÷ last list price × 100

What should you watch out for?

  • DXBinteract does not currently publish a sale-to-list figure: no published data feed carries a matched sale-and-listing pair yet. This page will show the Dubai figure once it does.

How these figures are calculated

Method
Requires matching each registered sale to the final listing of the same unit.
